Stressed Man

Working in healthcare can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. We are also all human - with our own personal-life circumstances to consider and cope with.

Our team offer both preventative and responsive support to help healthcare professionals maintain their own and each other's wellbeing.

Pro-active wellbeing focused group sessions

Helping you make the time to consider and plan for wellbeing in a safe learning environment.

Colleagues often face similar stresses, as well as having their own individual challenges. We offer safe, informative group sessions, tailored to your organisational or team context.

These sessions allow you to consider the factors that impact wellbeing, learning about ways that individuals can support their own wellbeing and how teams can support collective resilience.

This is not group therapy, and we set up each session carefully with the participants to ensure safety and containment, meaning:

  • We start with a shared agreement about confidentiality.

  • We agree on boundaries around what is and is not discussed so nobody is required to disclose anything to the group or is exposed to distressing information they are not ready for.

  • We ensure there are options for individuals to access further support outside the group if required.

Individual wellbeing / wellness coaching

Helping you understand your own challenges and needs, optimising your wellbeing and resilience.

Our team are all trained and experienced in coaching, and chartered as coaching psychologists, allowing us to draw on psychological theory in coaching conversations to help you make any changes you need to help you improve wellbeing, such as managing stress, sleeping better, and improving health-related habits.

Our Clinical Coaching Psychologists, Belinda and Ellie, can integrate therapeutic methodology into coaching, helping you understand your difficulties, navigate support options, and bridge the gap when it is not clear whether you require coaching or therapy to best meet your needs.

Childhood Psychology

  • Work-related distress such as psychological reactions to workplace trauma and vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, burnout and moral injury.

  • Mental health difficulties that may affect work and/or extend beyond work such as anxiety, depression, and OCD
