About the Course
This experiential course follows the model of our long-established and highly acclaimed Effective Communication for Healthcare (EC4H) courses. Participants learn about the psychological and behavioural processes underlying conflict, how to self-regulate in conflict situations, and the have a chance to observe and practice communication skills that help to prevent and de-escalate conflict.
